KitchenMate is a 24/7 fresh-food kiosk for workplaces, condos, hospitals, and semi-public spaces.

With a lean team of 15 employees, all hands were on deck as they began rolling out their new innovative kiosk, GEN2, that leveraged AI for order checkouts, has faster cook times, and more meal variety.

Think of Amazon Go in a box.

And with a new product comes a new website.

As their website was built with code at the time, it’d pull development resources away from GEN2, potentially delaying its launch.

Thus, I lead the design and development of their new website using Figma and Webflow, freeing up development resources and enabling the Growth team to begin selling.

The project's first phase was to get their new GEN2 website up and running for the Growth team to begin creating traffic.

And the second phase was to improve website conversions with the Home and Menu pages as the point of emphasis.
